All attendees and staff must wear a mask and continue to use the mask during the entire time indoors at any NCRWA facility or class or anytime within 6 feet of another person. Virtual continuing education and certification schools and/or hybrid classes are available for anyone needing reasonable accommodations due to an allowed exception by NC Executive Orders.    ​

We are offering in-person classes and schools at our Sanford Facility and in Cove City and at a few other locations around the states.

         NOTE: You must have a device whether computer or cell phone/Ipad with a working camera to attend virtual classes. Per approval by both the NC Water Certification Board
and the Water Pollution Control Commission we must be able to see you during the online classes for credit to be given!

If you’re in need of continuing education hours or other training and do not see a class offered in your area, please contact us.

​Please note:  In order to have adequate materials available to attendees, we cannot accept walk-ins.  If you need to attend a class, you should be pre-registered no later than 5 business days prior to the start of the class.

Please let us know your training needs!
We use many factors to determine where to place schools around the state, such as facility availability, instructor availability, regional system needs, and other considerations.
We appreciate you taking time to give us the information we need so that we can strategically place schools to serve as many systems across the state as possible.
If you are in need of a Certification School and do not see one offered in your area, or if you would be interested in hosting a school, please let us know.

Reissue of Training Certificate
Certificates of Attendance are issued at the end of each NCRWA Training event where continuing education hours are earned.  Replacement certificates can be ordered using the Training Certificate Reissue Order form.
Refunds
Refund requests must be made using our Refund Request Form.

Registration Guidelines/Regulations
No walk-ins or payments will be accepted at the training sites. Faxed registrations will only be accepted if the form includes a credit card. If you are not paying by credit card, mail a check with your registration. You are not considered registered for the class until payment is received. If you are paying by check, we must receive payment in our office no later than 5 days prior to the class start date.

​Cancellation Policy
This cancellation policy applies to Standard Con-Ed Classes (not-online), Certification Schools, Backflow Prevention Cross Connection, Customer Service Training, Flagger Training.  It does NOT apply to on-line training, customized on-site training, or any other NCRWA events or services - for these items, see the particular event for cancellation details or call 336.731.6963.  Cancellations are accepted by written notice only, and will adhere to the following refund policy.

Notice of Cancellation
  • At least 10 business days prior to the start date of the class/school - Refund less $25 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation within 10 business days - No refund will be made.
