If you’re in need of continuing education hours or other training and do not see a class offered in your area, please contact us.

​Please note:  In order to have adequate materials available to attendees, we cannot accept walk-ins.  If you need to attend a class, you should be pre-registered no later than 5 business days prior to the start of the class.

Reissue of Training Certificate
Certificates of Attendance are issued at the end of each NCRWA Training event where continuing education hours are earned.  Replacement certificates can be ordered by filling out the Training Certificate Reissue Order form.

REFUNDS


Certification School, Continuing Education Class, Flagger Training and Customer Service Class
Refunds for these classes will be processed up to 10 business days prior to the class start date. Refunds will be issued minus a $25.00 cancellation fee. Under certain circumstances you may request to move to another class.

To request a refund, please fill out the Training Cancellation & Refund Request Form.
 
Backflow Cross Connection Training Classes
Backflow Cross Connection training class refund requests will be processed up to 10 business days prior to the class start date. No refunds will be given after this deadline. Refunds will be issued minus a $25.00 cancellation fee. Under certain circumstances with proper notification you may request to move to another class. Notification must be received within 5 business days of your current registered class start date.
 
If you fail to notify your NCRWA Backflow Cross Connection instructor of your class absence within the 5 business day deadline and do not show up for your registered Backflow Cross Connection class, no refund will be given. Under certain circumstances you may request to move to another class, however a $50.00 re-seating fee will be charged in addition to the class price.

Cancellation Policy
This cancellation policy applies to Standard Con-Ed Classes (not-online), Certification Schools, Backflow Prevention Cross Connection, Customer Service Training, Flagger Training.  It does NOT apply to on-line training, customized on-site training, or any other NCRWA events or services - for these items, see the particular event for cancellation details or call 336.731.6963.  Cancellations are accepted by completing the appropriate form only, and will adhere to the refund policy.
