As part of the Lead and Copper Rule Revisions (LCRR) published December 16, 2021, the EPA requires all community water systems (CWS) and non-transient non-community (NTNC) water systems to develop an inventory of all service line connections. NCDEQ and NCRWA have partnered to host seven workshops across the state to discuss the LSLI requirements, funding opportunities, and best management practices for meeting the requirements.
