Tim Webb

Tim Webb joined the NC Rural Water Association team in May of 2026 and worked previously for NCRWA from 2021 to 2023. During that gap he worked as a Construction Admin/Observer for Ardurra (formerly WK Dickson). Prior to working with Ardurra and NC Rural Water he worked for and retired from local government with more than 30 years of service.

During his career with local government he served the City of Winston Salem, Town of Swansboro, City of Jacksonville, Onslow Water/Sewer Authority, City of Havelock and Brunswick County. His skills include water/wastewater plant operations, budgeting and management, planning, troubleshooting, and construction observation.
