Kristen Moorefield

Kristen Moorefield serves as the Finance & HR Manager. In her role, she manages payroll, accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, audits, employee benefits, and HR administration.

Kristen brings a detail-oriented and solutions-focused approach to her work, with a strong commitment to maintaining accurate financial records, supporting employees, and ensuring the organization operates efficiently and responsibly. She works closely with leadership, employees, vendors, and external partners to help support NCRWA’s mission and long-term success.

Outside of work, Kristen enjoys spending time with her daughter and family, traveling, cooking, trying new restaurants, playing pool and card games.
