Cheri Proctor

Cheri is a biologist who spent much of her career in science and math education. After finishing high school in eastern North Carolina and college in western North Carolina, she lived and worked around the country, finally finding her way back to North Carolina and into the water and wastewater industry through North Carolina Rural Water. For the past 8 years at NCRWA, she has worked with instructors in our training division to provide the best possible certification training and customer service so that operators throughout the state will be well prepared to pass their state certification exams. Outside of work, she breeds and shows dairy goats, travels in her camper van, loves to see new places, meet new people, cook, and eat great food everywhere she goes.
