- Inclusions:
- Basic contact information listing in the Show Guide
- Pipe and drape back wall with side rails
- Draped table with two chairs
- Wastebasket
- Standard electricity (if requested)
- Identification sign
- Access to the NCRWA Membership mailing list
- Two complimentary registrations per booth
Exhibitor Loading:
- Date/Time: Tuesday, May 12th, from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Instructions:
- Use the loading dock off Marshall Street to unload materials for your booth.
- Once unloaded, move your vehicle promptly to allow other exhibitors to access the dock.
Carts:
The Benton Convention Center has a limited number of carts available. If possible, please bring your own cart to facilitate unloading and loading.
Registration Desk:
- Hours: Open from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Pick-Up: Collect your name badges and goodie bags at the registration desk.
Badges:
- Each exhibitor booth includes 2 complimentary badges.
- Additional badges can be purchased for $90 per person if ordered by April 25th, 2025.
- After April 25th, badges must be purchased on-site at $100 per person.

This is a key industry event for networking, fellowship, and celebration. To encourage strong attendance, please avoid scheduling vendor events during the banquet.
